1 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 cup dark cocoa powder
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup dark brown sugar
4 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 ¼ cups chopped chocolate pieces
Mix together melted butter, oil and dark cocoa powder. Stir in sugars and eggs, and vanilla extract. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and shiny. Stir in flour, salt and chocolate pieces. Stir until combined.
Spray a 9” x 13” pan with baking spray. Spoon brownie batter into pan and spread out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Let cool completely. Frost with Fudge Frosting. Garnish as desired.

Fudge Frosting
Melt together in the microwave-
A 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1 ½ cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Dash of salt
Stir until smooth.
Stir in-
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ cup (Hershey’s) chocolate syrup
